I just went out to it today and it survived the latest snow/freezing rain storm.

Anyway in the late spring I will make a bigger version and my project will be to make it last for 1 year. Room for 3 and maybe get a trapper stove inside. 10 long 9 feet wide.

So I will likely use 2-12x14 tarps A big tarp, cord, 24 zip ties 3 mylar blankets for the roof and a clear plastic door 10x10

The floor is dry and there are still leaves in the floor. Some snow got in but not that much. I'll take a picture later when I muster the energy to walk out to the shelter but its A1 and ready to move in.

Sweet shelter bro. Stack some dirt and debris around the base for extra insulation it will help seal in heat too.
