It's one of my recurve utility/camp knives.

Steel: D2, forged, with 400 grit handrubbed finish. (ugh! what a lot of work)

Blade length: 5.5"

Total length: 11-ish"

Blade thickness: 3/16"

Handle material: natural micarta

Very nice ! Me likes. Yes, hand rubbing is a lot of work, but it's worth it. Just look at that blade. WOW !
 
Very nice. I have a utility knife with D2 steel and it is a fantastic user.

I like the blade shape and tapered tang also.

That's a very nice piece. A satin finish is one of the most appealing aspects of a custom blade IMO, so you did good. :thumbup:

I nearly pulled the trigger on that G10 recurve utility you posted in the sale forum but I decided to wait for my order......:D
