This trail point bowie was my own personal carry knife for many years. It had a small skeleton knife on the front (now lost) along with a big brass diamond sharpening stick on the side.
Oh, the stories it could've told if I hadn't kept it soaked in CBL for so many years!
That way, at least one of us could have remembered something!
It was made out of Vasco Wear which is also why it was my personal knife. Vasco Wear is one of the worst steels I have ever used along with Stellite 6K. Both of these steels are poor performers for heavy use knives and I just couldn't bring myself to sell it to anyone.
The outer profile of the handle and some other features will be back around on the Fusion handle. Very cool!
