This is from my brother's collection, and in fact was his design.

I made them from 1983-1986. They sold very well, but were a pain in the catookas to grind. . . as are all daggers.

He called it the "Pull Dagger". . .

If it can actually open bottles then it can legitimately be classified as a survival knife. ;)
 
Interesting design! I presume the idea is to put your ring finger or pinkie through the hole to enhance grip security (or is it a dedicated bottle opener ;) :D )?
