Pretty cool Jerry. Hey how about one with desert tan blade and slabs. That is the combo I was thinking of. :D

LOL!! I was just fixin to post the question for any pics of this new blade because I just ordered one today.Thanx Mr Busse.

At first, the ARK didn't interest me much. However, looking at it now...

Very nice.

Cheers,
BJB :D

Sweet...I wonder what the least likely combination of features is....maybe urban camo blade with tan snakeskin handles??

TIR, here is the info from the Busse Combat website:

The "NUCLEAR ARK" is the latest evolution of the Busse Combat "Air Rescue Knife" (ARK). Feedback from our troops in action has weighed heavily in this design. This lightweght blade features a "Busse Penetrator Tip" and a serrated deep dish spine grind for assistance in cutting nylon webbing.

These features are all designed to assist those trapped in downed aircraft to successfully escape in the shortest amount of time.

The TAC handle is a heavily contoured, low-profile design that allows for easy edge location identification in complete blackouts.

i do wonder how much it would cost to get a custom with a small choil (or no choil if possible, just an indexing notch)...
