Every body wants sprint runs in some super steel, or CF, or whatever. Then, the sprint run costs 3x what the street price is, and nobody's happy.

I have a simple sprint run request. Different colored frn. That's it. Jester-like lime green delica, for example. Same everything else. The Salt is brightly colored, the rescues are blue, and the delicas have come in different colors (blue, pink), and it can't cost that much to do. (of course, I am not an FRN engineer, so correct me if I'm wrong).

If everybody wants me to shut up, direct me to a place that I can find colored FRN on standard patterns.

Thank you and goodnight.

Oh yeah! I would buy at least two, maybe three of a lime-green Delica. I love that color!! (Ex Kawasaki Ninja owner  )

I'm not a SUPER steel freak...nor an advocate for FRN! Yes, steel is nice and I would like to see a lot more blades done with the H1 though FRN is purely in my mind for the cost cutter on the overall price. I prefer to have a variety of handle material...like Carbon Fiber, Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Micarta, G10, etc. Though what would be nice is if Spyderco use more of a variety of color for their G10 knives. Perhaps even revamp some of the best sellers or other knives with different lock variations. Lockbacks are strong and dependable, but I for one cannot wait to see another Rollin' Ball Lock or some of the new locks that Sal has spoke of coming out in the near future. As for the blade steel...I would like to see some stuff used that Spyderco has yet to touch on...though I don't think they will have that big of a variety because of cost. I say 'Handle Variety' is where its at...yes its not as cheap as a variety of colors for FRN. But its also not as expensive as some super steels or whatnot. Like I said a variety of colors for G10 would be nice....I've seen dark green, silver tone, white, even tan. Just a thought...thanks for the thread Dijos! :p
