Here's my new blade. . .but not from Blade !

Unfortunately. . .I wasn't able to attend Blade (again) this year ! You really don't know how @#$ %^&* mad I was !

But, there was a good thing that was attached to me not going. I was wrapped up in closing on a new home !

Next year will be a different story ! I WILL BE THERE !

For my new abode is just slightly south of Atlanta !

Almost forgot. . .

To sooth my ruffled feathers of not attending. . .my wife. . .has purchased a new knife for me !

What makes it so special ~ this is the first blade that she has purchased for me since we've been together ! And she generally HATES us lovers of blades. . .

Don. . .since she finally broke down and purchased me a knife. . .I'm gonna keep her. . .for at least 1 more year.

Over the years. . .I've been wearing her down so that she. . .one day. . .will be a knife knut. It's taken me 16 years to get her this far. . .

I expect to have her completely converted by the end of Blade '03.

Probably gonna take some flack for this post here anyway...

The first time my true love saw my ACFK she was less than impressed...not a knife person. To make this short, during the past year I have given her some Kyocera ceramic, A.G. Russell and a fully serrated Spyderco kitchen knives..and a MOP/abalone Browning presentation lockback to carry in her purse.

She is starting to come around...she still hasn't seen the Steel Heart but we are working in that direction!

Very nice knife! As far as converting the women...any advice? I'm planning on proposing this winter and well, she's coming around, but she's still no knut...yet
