I ran across this stuff on Rockler Wood Working and Hardware's web site and it's just too slick not to share.
It's made by Milescraft Co. and it's the simplest and best router base plate idea I've ever seen! Here's a link to their web site.

I bought the offset base plate kit, the circle-edge guide kit, the inlay kit, and the bushing kit.
What's so great about these is the base plates fit almost any router and you can switch the router between kits just by pushing a button and turning the router.
I wish I'd invented this stuff, lol!
