I'm still an old school knife designer. . . I sit with pencil and paper for hours and hours. . . I often tape different blades to different handles to get ideas. . . . About 3 years ago, while trying to design a very low profile and compact blade for a military request, I was holding a Scotch Tape dispenser and was taken by how good it felt in the hand!!!!!. . . I stuck a blade similar to the Game Warden on it and Slammo!!! The "Scotch Dispenser" was born and we added a really cool knife to our line!!! :D

Congrats XAMAN!!!!. . . . You win big HOG!!!!!. . Get with Amy and she'll be sure to mark you down for a FREE Busse Combat "Scotch Dispenser". . . Unless of course you'd rather have the real deal Scotch dispenser because, according to the label, it comes with a satin finish!!!!! . . .

Jerry :D

Woohoo! "I NEVER WIN ANYTHING!" :D :D

You're the best boss -- can't wait to see how it feels in hand...

Now I have proof for the wife that it DOES PAY TO SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS ON BLADEFORUMS ;)

Thanks for the contest Jerry, and congratulations to XAMAN !

Congrats dude :) I also know how it is to be yelled at by the lady for spending time on the forums........

Boss Hog, I think you dispensed of too much scotch before you held the tape dispenser. I'll have to send some more Seattle coffee to Amy, it seems she has been sleeping on the job of keeping your mind pointed in the right direction and that is to get the production SH1-As going. AMY???????????????????

Congrats "Pork King", good job.

Thanks for the distraction Jerry

now I can get back to paying bills :barf:

Great - I knew the answer instantly , but was out taking care of business......

Actually I would have gone with the ring going around the neck of the bottle of scotch and using it to pour - I know how clever Jerry is!

Or that it is from an ancient English blade used to dispatch the Scottish......

Or that it was one of Amys ideas - from an old Coors light pop top........:)

Not even close - and I work for that Scotch Tape company.....................................:D

Congratulations Xaman and Thank you Jerry for the contest and chance to win a great knife.

Man, could y'all keep it down in here?!!!! ...All's I heard was, "Blahblahblahblahblah, SATIN FINISH."!!!! :D:D:D LMAO!

...Congrats xaman!! :D:thumbup:
