top -- 36.5 inch and a little over two pound Katana by Sanu. Can't find a thing wrong with this rig except a little rust on the blade and the it needs polishing. Rust and polishing save you fifty bucks. Delivered to your door for $195.

no 2 -- Almost 22 inches and 44 ounces of perfect GRS by Bura. Nothing to say except it's usual Bura khukuri. Hell of a chopper.
I think it'll outchop a 20 inch AK. UBBB @ $145.

no 3 -- 17.5" 27 ounce M43 by Shanker. Excellent work by the kid. Can't find a thing wrong with the rig. It's a steal at an even $100.

bottom -- 15 inch 28 ounce AK Bowie by Bura. Usual Bura work. Some rust needs to be cleaned up and once done you'll have a knife that will do the job for 100+ years. Save $50 and take it home for $125.

Call or email.

A 22 inch Ganga Ram Special for 145... that really hurts. If I only had the money...

In pictures a Ganga Ram seems to be more frontal heavy than an Ang Khola. I imagene it must be a better chopper. Anyone knows from reality?

E-Mail Sent on M43. Fingers crossed and breath held.

...And to further fuel the GRS fire: My Durba 3+ Lb. GRS Cut down a 8" pine with 6 swipes. And though exceedingly nice, it is nowhere near as stunning as Bura's work. SO GET THAT SUCKER!!!!:D

One of these days I'm gonna get a wood handle M43 to match my horn one. I'm gonna put one on each hip, wear a cowboy hat and walk into the town!! (I'm not really that stupid, maybe I'll do it in the woods)

I hope the M43 specials are around when I have some money to spend.

Who got it? (GRS)

Uncle knows I'm lusting for one...

I'm sure it went to a nice home...:D

Man oh man that Kat looks pretty sweet! Stupid running water and electric bills. Utilities are soooo over-rated. Oh well, maybe in another month or so:)

Wow... very nice curve on that katana! ... would be a good companion for my straight one...

edit... I stared at it and did not look at the scabbard - is there a new scabbard design?

Andreas

This scabbard is thick leather, no wood. The sarkis are like the kamis in that they like to "improve" on designs.
