Heretic Knives, any good?

I am just wondering if these knives would be something to collect & hold onto & maybe go up in value or no. I know the history of the company, how Heretic Knives is run by the son of the guy who own Microtech knives. But I'm just wondering if they are worth while to get. I already own a few Microtech's, but I always looking to add to my collection. Thanks everyone

I don't see any reason they would appreciate in value. They are not bad, but not exceptionally great. They share some of the issues with MT - proprietary hardware being the main thing. I have a "Custom" Martyr, and while the San Mai blade is well ground and very very sharp, the CF handle with Ti hardware feels flimsy and cheap. To me they just occupy a Twilight Zone of not really being as good as MT yet not really doing their own thing.
