Heritage Cuisine Knife?

I found this at a yard sale and modified it to become a small pizza rocker type knife. It works well, and I would buy more if it was still made, but the only Heritage cutlery site on line only makes scissors and will not respond to my email.
On the blade it says Heritage Cuisine Knife, and has patent numbers.
If I have to, I will make some.
Has anyone ever heard of a company by the name of Heritage?
I tried to post a pic in the Gallery, but I don't have permission to do so.
IT is 13" long, with handle on one end of the blade, not sticking out of end of blade, hole through the blade for your fingers, curved at front half, flat at back half, but I curved the back half and radiused some sharp corners to make it into a pizza knife that fits into a knife block. (I don't care much for "roller" pizza cutters)
Any help with information will be appreciated. I retired last year and am considering a bunch of new hobbies to keep me busy, and this sounds interesting. I am not much for the artistry of it, tho, more into utility.
