Hi guys, my name is Bartosz Herman and I am a knifemaker from Poland. In this thread let me introduce myself and show you part of my work.
My adventure with knifemaking started in 2008 and it is currently my main activity. Apart from this, I am a photography enthusiast, mountain hiker and technological geek.

As far as I can remember I’ve always crafted things by myself, so when I got interested in knives it was a natural consequence to make one. The beginning wasn't easy, but it encouraged me to improve my skills. Now my goal is to connect advanced technologies, intriguing design and utility to create a unique tool.

In my knives I’m mostly using titanium, G10, carbon fibre and stabilised wood for handles, and M390, ELMAX, K390 and other steels for blades. Every folding knife I make has my original ball bearing system, CNC milled framelock and ceramic detent ball.

I hope you will enjoy my work. Some feedback will be much appreciated.
