SEEING-EYE DOG JUMPS BETWEEN BLIND OWNER & MINI-BUS

A seeing-eye dog is being hailed as a hero after he saved his blind owner from being hit by a mini school bus.
Figo, a golden retriever, apparently threw himself between Audrey Stone and the vehicle.
The woman suffered a broken elbow, ankle and ribs. Police say Figo's leg was cut down to the bone.
Both of them were very upset at being separated after the accident. Fortunately, they are both looking good after medical attention.
It is a remarkable bond. At the scene, Figo was trying to crawl over to Audrey, as he was being treated.
