Hess Knifeworks?

Found a new (to me) knife company last night, http://www.hessknifeworks.com. Another knife maker from Gladstone, MI?? Seems like the upper peninsula if filled with knife makers from Marbles to Northwoods, Rapid River and Bark River.

Has anyone seen/own a Hess knife and can comment on the quality?
