HEST DPX version 1 folder warranty issue?

Hi everyone, I know this topic has been done to death, but I can't find the relevant thread; I have a HEST folder version 1 (the original model) and it has developed the lock-rock issue that everyone was complaining about. What I am wondering is; even though it is the original version and well over a year old will it still be covered under warranty, and if so, where do I send it? I can't seem to find the address or contact info. Any info is much appreciated...
