I found these two quick videos on the new HEST folder that is due to be released. There's not much more than a quick glance but I thought some of you might be interested. . .

I had pasted a link but apparently it didn't work. Just go to Youtube and search for HEST folder.

well, all that link got me was a video on "The Art of Equality" and "Eductaion Reform in Haiti"...I think you need to repost your link unless either of those have the quick views of the HEST/F in 'em. :)

When it supposed to be available?

I was on the dpx site and there are no updates yet, i hope its soon since I have 2 on pre-order.

Hmmm. . . I don't get it. It works fine for me. It takes me right to the videos on Youtube.

Well, I'm relieved at least it was something as harmless as that. It could have linked to someplace far, FAR worse:cool::jerkit:. . .

Did you mark the video as a favorite and link it under your favorites category? That could be the problem.

No, it might have something to do with the fact that I am sitting in my vehicle bored to tears with a couple hours to kill on my Droid phone though. . . :rolleyes:

My dealer just charged my card so it should be soon I would expect for the preordered production models. I expect the LE Sterile around mid-January

I pre-ordered mine through Knife Works, hopefully I will get charged soon too :D
 
Thanks Tony and all the rest of you guys for the help. Where would my dumb, non- technically savy ass be without you all?

Anyway, I pre- ordered mine through Onestop (actually owned by the head pirate who runs this joint himself, I believe) but haven't heard a thing from them either. Judging from the video it looks to be a pretty beefy, bad ass folder- which is what I'm hoping for.
 
yeah, its beefy. 5mm blade, 4mm framelock, yet surprisingly light. its not feather weight category, but its definetly not heavy.
