Man what a knife!

Stout little EDC if there ever was one.

I had just a few seconds to snap some quick shots, its starting to pour down rain here, so sorry for the water spots on the knives!

I plan on setting up some tests in the next few days.

Thats super cool, Im still waiting for mine. As for the rain....consider yourself lucky, I havnt seen rain in so long I forgot what it looks like.

Nice!

We need rain badly... maybe I'll lay a RAT and Ritter (same as the one pictured) outside and see if it works better than my nekid rain dance. :p

Congrats on finally getting yours.

Great knife isn't it?

I'm going to have to get a production version too!

I'm hoping tomorrow to get a small freight pallet, to test the prybar end. There's a place in town that usually has some behind their building for folks to just take away free.

Since I was looking for an urban EDC/emergency knife, that prybar tip is one of the things I am most interested to see how well it works.

I have one early "mod" I may make to mine.

When you undo the screws on one side of the handle, both scales fall off. If I were opening the handle in the dark, I could see a screw or even a scale or the inserts that hold the scales in place being easily dropped and lost.

I may use a few small drops of super glue on one scale to keep it and the screws and inserts in place, and only access the storage compartment by the other scale.

Done right, that should hold them in place, but they could be knocked off also if needed.

I like everything about that knife but can't get used to the end of the handle.

Do you that have the HEST find the protrusion on the end of the handle to be useful or uncomfortable?
