i believe the fixed blade hest is discontinued, correct?
i was wondering if the warranty is still in effect.

You are correct, I should have clarified, if the HEST says RAT USA on the tang, opposite where its says HEST it was made before the name change, if it says ESEE it was made after the name change. Both are covered by ESEE. The HEST is not engraved with the ROWEN name. Hope this helps. Also, there is the DPx forum for the HEST related now.

Ontario has nothing to do with any HEST.

Any HEST fixed blade made to date is covered by our warranty.

We are holding back a certain number of blades for future warranty replacement. Should we run out of those, then we will replace it with a knife of equal or more value.
