Hewitt Custom Folder information request

This is a Hewitt Custom Folding knife. The knife is big, about the size of the large Al Mar SERE folder. Blade is 4 1/8", overall length open is about 10". Closed size is about 5 7/8". The knife is very thin with dovetail stainless steel bolsters, paper micarta handle slabs. It has a traditional blade lock and double edge grind that is almost sharp on the back edge. The workmanship is superb--very symmetrical and even work. Lockup is tight, with a strong back spring. Besides the name engraved on one side of the blade, the back side of the blade is marked with the letters "FB2:" and is followed by a serial number. Sorry for the out of focus scan-didn't have time for a good photo. Any information about the maker or other details would be appreciated. Thanks!
