Well, I don't have a server but I have three beauties to brag on.

1. Red Bone Medium Model 4 with 420V blade. File worked back spacer, engine turned liners, and "Bluesman" engraved on the inside of the back spacer. Clip is file worked to match the back spacer.
Simply a beautiful piece as those who have seen and handled it will attest to.

2. Stellite bladed Small Model 16. All titanium construction (including screws) with a carbon fiber back spacer. A very elegant and useful knife.

3. All Damascus (1095/L6) Large Model 16, Flipper, Tanto blade. (Only one of its kind, featured in Blade, May '99)(What the large CRKT version wishes it was!

) Damascus by Daryl Meier. A very special knife I received from Kit at this year's Blade Show.

That's the current crop, but I ain't nearly done yet! I guess you could say I like Kit's work.

I have a medium model 4: 440V hand rubbed drop point blade, jigged honey amber bone handles, jewelled titanium liners with titanium bolsters (with orange peeling). The fit, finish and action are phenomenal. I am working on posting a picture.

My feelings? Not only is this my favorite knife, it's the finest thing I've ever had my hands on - aside from my wife!

DeadinNC,

I have had my CARSON Model 4 for over 4 years. I will not give up this knife for anything in the world (OK, maybe a brand new
model 4). SHE goes into my pocket before anything else. I can leave the house without my wallet but NOT without my model 4.

I feel naked without her.

I have a large Model 4 with a clip point blade made out of Talonite. The handle is made out of green cameo G10. I love it. What more can I say?

Mike,

I bought my model 4 from Les at the recent Chicago show. I use it everyday and it is one heck of a knife!

Mine has a Stellite blade and I must say I am hooked on Stellite as well as Talonite. The lockup is perfect and the feel and balance are great. This one has quite a bit of heft to it as well.

Regards,

Tom Carey

I don't currently own any of Kit's knives. I would however love to. Maybe someday in the future. Thank you all for posting the pictures.

I only have 3 words for Kit

Great looking knives

and they work even better than they look!

I'm lucky enough to have Kit and his family as part of my extended family. I have owned several of his knives. The only folder I presently have is an old model utility that Kit helped me make several years ago. It is still going strong. The first knife I bought from Kit was at an Opryland show. It was a big hunter and was first loaned out to several friends on a rotational basis flying in and out of Bagdad during Desert Storm. After that I carried it with me always. It has been used quite a lot. Cutting strainers on canoe trips, busting firewood, opening I cannot remember how many 7.62 ammo grates. In a weak moment I sold it to A LEO in East Tenn. It was the one knife I could depend on.
It has taken a couple of years I now have it's replacement. When I send Kit the handle slabs.
The reason I have not panicked is I have several different U2 variations to depend on. One of them Kit made for me with a five inch blade and a red G-10 handle for river rescue. I consider myself very lucky to have such a relationship with such good people.

Kit,

As always my love and God Bless you, Betty,Christy,Jody, and Colton.
