Hey, so basically I baked two cheesecakes last night for a tailgating party today and they were a hit, especially with the ladies (First time I've ever tried) :D:thumbup: But I want to step up my game here and was wondering if you would mind hooking a brother up with some Amy-0 Cheesecake Recipes? I swear they will never leave my hands nor be passed on.

So... Can I get some recipes for the sake of my non-existent dating life? :o:D Hahaha

Amy-0 Cheesecake Batter (Plain)

9 oz crumbs...(Heck whatever you want)
1/2 stick butter or margarine

Melt the Butter or margarine with the crumbs... spread them on a springform pan

3 blocks cream cheese
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 pint of heavy cream

Yup all that is it:):) Bake at 325 for 2 hours...let cool for 2-3 hours

Do you think I am gonna give you all of my secret's;):):)

Fair enough haha. But THANK YOU for the batter mix. Going to put that in my recipe folder that is just beginning. So do you just add things that sound good and go for it? Don't want to trash too many batters haha


And what size baking pan do I need to buy? I'm really new to this :D

By the way, I'll attempt the snoopy dance while baking these is hopes that my moves with motivate the cakes to greatness :D
