Hey Andy???

Good call. I'll get w Marc.

Nope. Just the constant website re-tooling that is necessary.

also I think the pro-Bushfinger I held from Whitty was 5/32", not 1/8" as stated on your site.

Got a micrometer handy? Sometimes the stainless Fiddlebacks spine width can vary by a few fractions of a micrometer. 1/8" will read 0.125 and 5/32" will read 0.156". On the production models I would expect variance around a mean for this value based on the tolerance of the machinery.

I believe they use standard stock that usually has a +.000" -.002". just an FYI, I'm a journeyman machinist for 26 years with the largest production machine builder in the US.

I had the bushfinger sent to me with the kephart back when I ordered it for comparison, and returned it after I chose the kephart . I believe it was a thicker stock. However I didn't physically measure it

Thank you for the great info, Bmurray. I can only speak from the values I pull from an analog micrometer, but I have limited experience with the production models in this regard.

it looked like thicker stock but had thinner scales from what I remember. However I've been wrong many times before.

it's 5/32", Just letting Andy know so when they fix the page (no Kephart listed) they can correct the specs on the Bushfinger as well.

Great review, Thurin!!!!

I never held to my end of the bargain on the review. But I will say this: S35VN is remarkably rust resistant. I dunked it in saltwater for a few minutes and then put it in a car console for a week at over 100 degrees. No rust. No marks. No patina. Wash and repeat.

yes it was a great review. As some may know, I love the production line, just perfect knives.
