I just looked at your website and man is that good looking stuff. How well does your focaccia travel?:D

Well,

Thanks for the kind words, the foccacia is best eaten the same day, before it gets a chance to cool. It would have to go fed -ex. All of the others travel well especially tarts, brownies and cookies. The foccacia is very easy, just take about 6oz. of dough stretch it out, brush it with EVO then top it with the veggies and cheese, herbs S&P. Bake it at 450 till golden then brush with oil again.
We ship things all the time though, Let me know your shipping info and I'll send you a tin.

Jack

Jack,

I figured about the focaccia. The question was mostly in jest... although... now that I know you ship I'll definitely be contacting you!:D Thanks for the focaccia instructions. Mail incoming!

Les:

You'll be our third furthest destination right behind Mexico City ( chocolate truffle cake) and Finland (Raspberry Tart). There will be a tin on it's way to Ohio later this week (Bribe) Jerry said he had some old patterns for chef's knives. I've really got my heart set on an INFI Italian French Knife (pizza cutter) to use on all of the foccacia.;)

Mexico City? Is MC farther from UC than Fairbanks? That's kind of disappointing... I'll have to check.:D

Ok. I've done the math...

At 4560 miles from Urbana... Helsinki (I don't know any other Finish cities:grumpy: ) has me beat.:grumpy:

However, Mexico City is only 1563 miles from Urbana while North Pole is 2868 miles from you. That makes me the second most distant location! WoooooHooooo! :D I don't think I could stand to come in second to Mexico...

BTW, all the above distances are measured as the crow flies:D
