Hi I haven't been checking in for a while. So I found this knife on knifehog wanted to see if baryonyx sells a special grade. Didn't find it on your site. It's the condor tanto Hunter CTK3062SB . I like the blade shape a lot. Do you know if they make a machete version of it? Do you carry them at baryonyx? Thanks.

Bill.

Not a fan of it personally--it's one of the few Condors I don't plan on ever carrying.

Thanks. Link takes me to the no access page. Not enough privileges.

Yeah. You have to pay for a Gold Membership for that, along with some other basic functions that are normally provided on other forums. It's one of the things that I don't like about BF. I suppose it's fine though. In my experience, the PM function is mostly used by people with 0 posts trying to scam people while masquerading as a salesperson, and letting just any regular jackass use the signature function results in me having to scroll through the same obnoxious oversized images repeatedly.

There you are. So what don't you like about it? What is as better choice from condor? Also I read that the Ontario 12" cutlass is a good fire wood chopper. What else would you recommend?

For a hunting knife from Condor I'd go with something like their Hivernant model. However, I'd prefer something even thinner like a Friedrich Dick "lamb skinner" knife for doing tasks like game prep.

Lots of alternatives available to the Ontario 12" machete depending on what you actually want it for. Chopping? Splitting? Vegetation? Woody stemmed plants? Knife-like tasks?

I'd mostly use for chopping and splitting fire wood. Brush clearing.
I definitely am ordering the bush knife. That will split wood right?
