Can't help but love the recurve of the Merril's Marauders blade. Looks like it would be a fantastic field blade design as well. Do you have any plans to make a longer version of this particular blade style?

Also, what is the blade length of the MM? Any plans for longer and/or shorter versions of that particular model?

Keep up the great work!

Thanks Dark Nemesis! I think that blade style is hot! Can you imagine that bad boy in a 9 - 10 inch length? It would knock 'em dead in the field. I'm just glad that I don't have to shape that handle! That looks like a very time consuming job.

Thanks for the specs!

I do have one planned in a longer blade. It is a hell of a chopper.
Walters recurve is a classic Brend feature that Walter has popularized and has included in his designs for 25 years. The basis of the M M design comes from his Bush Hog model with the Kukri influence from the Merrill's Marauders.

Thanks,

Bobby

Phil,

There's obviously no way that you could possibly carry all of that steel at one time. So, being the kind hearted guy that I am, I would be willing to take the hatchet and the knife off of your hands at no charge. See. . . I'm a "giver". In fact, to show that there are no bounds to my thoughtfulness, I'll even take the handgun.

Should I stand by me mailbox or are you going to use UPS? ;)
