I just recieved your old Vision with the BC bodycoat from Architect. It is beautiful and the filework gives it some nice x-tra grippyness (since the titanium isnt as grippy as it's cousins).

I really like the way the black coating contrasts with the light handle. The fact that you had the liners and hardware coated as well gives it quite a classy look. No doubt your Nightvision with the rainbow coat is equally as stunning in person.;)

Great to have a knife once owned by someone who is as much a fanatical SOG enthusiast as myself. I will take good care of her and give her lots of wonderfull things to cut.:D

The vision sure has some badasss grinds.

Wow! That was quick! Ask Ron nicely for the missing clip screw, BC lost 1 during coating... I can't remember: does it have 1 big and 2 small screws?
I liked the filed liners, they really did add grip - it was my first attempt, and I was pleased with the results. Next time I'll do the spine too, at the top and bottom.
Glad you like it! I may have to trade that back!?...;) :D

I dunno, I am pretty in love with this knife allready. It gets lots of oooo's and ahhhh's from the people I have shown it to.

What did you used to do the filework. I heard jeweler's files work well, but I have no idea where to get them. I have always wanted to try, having had some considerable luck with artistic adventures in the past.

I used a very fine hobby (models) metal file. The liners are not hardened, that makes it easier. I'm glad you like it - I get dibs when you want to trade it!;)

Did you contact Ron about the missing screw?
