I've been collecting, gathering, been given, bought and been loaned a pile of stuff. Many generous people have selflessly helped me find and understand much of it. A lot of it is scanned and posted on the http://www.collectors-of-schrades-r.us/ site where many collectors have shared their information and their collections. Several noted knife authors have also consented to having their relevant work reproduced there. And the archives on this forum go back to 1999 if your membership level allows you to search it. I also have posession of a portion of the original Schrade archives. Many of the pictures and advertisements were published. Some are from albums in the archives, some provided by former employees. I have many of the original catalogs. Some of them came from eBay. A lot of information has been provided to me by respected members here and also by some noted authors. Most of the Schrade custom collaborators have spoken with me and shared their experiences in working with Schrade developing the special knives bearing their names. Patents and trademarks are free on the internet from the USPTO once you learn how to find them.
