Hey Forumites, Please Help On Kydex/Concealex Sheaths.

Sorry to post this here but I only got one response, (thanks Blademan), on the makers forum but it really didn't pan out.
Me and a friend of mine want to try our hand in making Kydex/Concealex sheaths. Can anyone direct us to supplies for doing this?
Maybe this is an old question but as a charter member of this forum, we helped each other out every chance we got and that is what made this forum as great as it is today. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you will get all the hardware you need to make sheaths... be sure to order the posts too, as foam i recommend this blue faom mat for sleeping bags (thanks normark), oh and weight, a lot weight, at least 400 pounds.
