Are you making the Ala Gun Collectors' Fall Show next weekend? I've got to go see the Tigers bury the Wildcats next Saturday, but am going to try to return early Sunday for the show.

I am off in a couple of hours to go see them play the Hogs. Should be a war tomorrow.

Matter fo fact I am going to the gun show next weekend,,,I always look forward to the gun shows in Bham, just wish they had them more often. I will probably go on Sunday,,let me know what day you will be there and about what time,,would love to meet ya and shake your hand,,,maybe go get a bite to eat afterwards?? just let me know. :D :D :D
 
I will be returning from Tallapoosa County early Sunday morning to make the show. Should be there by ten. It usually takes me five hours to do the show right.

I'll wear a black Busse Hog shirt and come by the NRA table around 11 am.

I'll be wearing a Vietnam SF Tiger Stripe jacket and Knob creek hat (tan w/green bill),,, or I'll have one my Viet SF Tiger stripe Boonie Hat, I'll look for ya :D :D
 
Galaxy: Sorry I missed you. Turns out that the guy who used to set up the NRA table has died. The Jefferson County Sherrif's Dept. was in that space. I waited around for awhile, hoping that you would make the connection.

Ran into a table holder who commented on my shirt and said that he had a Busse at home. Turns out that he had a Straight handled Battle Mistress
that he bought years ago directly from Jerry at a show, and had never used. He had no idea what model it was until I drew him some pictures and extracted enough info from him to identify it. Then he asked me what it was worth today. Being afflicted with a predilection for the truth, I had to tell him, thus blowing a chance at a steal.

Sorry about the "misout" on that Battle Mistress...I have a Straight Handle BM also,,,I know that i would never part ways with it either.

I was at the gun show Sunday,,I got there about 11:45 and stayed till about 1:30,,,I looked for ya.. I had my Tigerstripe jacket on but didnt have a hat like i told you a would have on,,,I stayed here at my shop Saturday night and didnt get a chance to run by the house and get my hat,,so you may of seen me but didnt realise it was me. I sat there on the stairs at the entrance for about 20 minutes before i left,,looking for anyone with a Busse shirt on,,,but no such luck.

but anyway,, there is always the next show,,,I'm not sure when it will be yet,,but i will be there, hoply I'll catch you at that one. :D :D
