Hey Gravelface! Are you swiiming yet?

Thanks for the concern, I live approximately 45 miles (as the crow flies) from New Orleans and with an elevation of about 15' above Sea Level and New Orleans about 5-10' BELOW Sea level.....we "Should" be fine. There is a fell in the Police Department I work with that was activated for "National Guard" Duty that has sent me some great videos and photos of the Morganza/Atchafalaya Flood Basin.

Should the property value increase 2-3 fold like it did during Katrina, you had better believe I will sell the homestead and move my tail out WEST!!!!
