what is the first one on the left? it appears to be a SHBM but wheres the bolts???

I think its a slotted bolt shbm with smooth/grooved handle

Guyon< is Busy!!!! that is a smooth / partial grooved slotted bolt. Shbm.. its not a 1/300... but, it is Very.. Nice
