Hey guys, hope your day is going well.

Still can't send DM's here, still trying everything. Surely there must be a fix, even if we have to think outside the box. It's been since August 14th, when I purchased gold.

Is there a possibility of assigning me a new account and gifting me a gold membership with it?

As of now I'm feeling a bit ripped off, as sending DM's is a huge part of having a gold account. I don't have a reasonable ability to sell knives on here, and people even (understandably) get suspicious when I don't have DM privileges.

There's gotta be something to do rather than just have lost my money completely? New account, reset something, contact the developers of the software?

I'm not trying to be a pain, just really trying to get some help.

No, regular internet on a Samsung. I have a VPN and have used it before though. Could that contribute to a problem?
 
I have a gold account and use a VPN on computer & phone. No issues with my account sending or receiving DM's with the VPN in use. That's doesn't rule out your VPN, it just means that DMs can and do work with some VPNs.

What web browser do you use on your phone? Try using a different browser and see if DMs work. I'm using Brave on phone & computer, if that helps.

Google chrome
Firefox

Yandex

And tried 3 on a computer.
 
Do you have various security measures enabled? If so, you might try turning them off or modifying the settings.

Can confirm, from a basic membership, VPN on MY Samsung works, with no issue, from day one.

Nothing past a stock, regular Samsung phone in standard settings. Plus another person's phone, and a regular PC that I tried turning all security measures off on.

Even reset my Samsung internet to factory, deleted cache and all files and cookies, same result.

Just can't reply. And it's not the spam filter. My reply was "received". And I've tried a large number of different words/phrases.

Edit- it could be the spam filter, but wrongly so, I'm definitely not doing anything to activate it.

It really seems like an issue on your BF account. Maybe Spark can remove Gold and then add it back and see if the correct settings get written this time?

I agree completely, it absolutely seems that way.

I would be completely down, I'll await Spark Spark assistance
