I have a Skyline and a Resilience (the Tenacious's big brother.) I'd say get the Tenacious. It is a much more "fun" knife. Both have good blades for EDC tasks, but you can get your hand closer to the heel of the blade on the Tenacious, if you need to whittle, strip a wire, etc. The Tenacious locks up more solidly, and the combination of blade mass and smooth pivot washers makes it fly open very satisfyingly if you flick it with your thumbnail.
I recommend that you put a few drops of Rem Oil or similar lubricant on the Tenacious's pivot. This helps noticeably. My Resilience is almost as smooth as my IKBS knives.
The only downside to the Tenacious is that it is thicker, wider in pocket, and heavier than the Skyline. Also, the steel isn't quite as good, but it is still quite adequate. I carried knives with worse steel for a long time before AUS-8 and 8Cr13MoV became popular, and they did the job just fine.
All in all, I think you'll get more satisfaction out of the Tenacious. Despite being bulkier and heavier, it carries well in pocket, and isn't so heavy or large as to be obnoxious.
