Sorry everyone, I have been straight out since moving back home to Texas, and have zero time. I finally took some pictures and uploaded them.

here is the BK9 I mentioned a month or two ago.
I really like it with out the clip, very stout tip.
I wanted to show you guys what it looked like when I bought it, since I am going to strip it and put some custom handles on it. I know that there are some similar unfinished blades out there..this one is straight up factory, but with out the clip? I don't know, but I like it.
I am thinking about grinding it into a 9 inch MK2? What do you think?

I don't know...LOL. all I would have to do is take off that little "elbow" on the spine, and it would look just like a long MK2....
OK, so just strip it and add the handles...
It is pretty cool just the way it is, its hanging over my desk right now...I might just leave it, my Kabar BK9 does just fine, so I don't know. Maybe I have to find another one, and then I can grind away...I just have never seen one like this.
Maybe I will find a blank from the closing of Camillus or something.

Or take a little off the corner where it starts to taper rounding it to make a 9" drop point! I don't know lol

I wish I had one like that.....LOL.......Good score......

Ethan

Thanks boss man.
Well, I think it has to stay the way it is then...I will leave it unharmed and hanging on the wall.

Ethan,
Do you have any idea's as to this one's origins? I suspect a Camillus employee wanted a "custom"...or...a QC issue, I guess stranger things have happened.
