Peter, WM doesn't know if this will help, but I'm sure the fillet knives are thin, if that's what your looking for. Not INFI though.....

Actually, I got just what I was looking for! A CP JABA! .150 thin!
I cannot wait to get it! I am going to regrind it down to around 15 degrees per side or so. A really sharp little user!
I also got another blade in the trade but I dare not mention it here.
