Hey Sal, how about a Walker Light update?

Sal,

I was wondering if you might update the Walker-light. I really like this little knife and find it very functional. In particular, I would like to see it improved along the lines of the Delica 98...ATS-55 blade and the updated pocket-clip. Any chances of that?

While I'm asking, how about G-10 or aluminum scales? (Allows disassembly for cleaning)

Thought I'd ask...

BTW, I did find the Aluminum Walker that Ironstone sells exclusively, so I know that there is some additional work that has been done with this knife.

I ordered one, and can't wait to get it. Just one question about this knife...can it be taken apart for cleaning? Does anybody know?

NO!
lol...actually..proceed at your own risk..and at the risk of burning your warranty in the process

Thats too bad! One of my complaints about this knife, as well as any liner lock that cannot be disassembled, is the fact that pocket lint builds up and the pivot of the knife becomes sluggish, also the detent closure is less crisp and reliable.

djo62, do you know if Spyderco has any plans on an updated version of this knife?
