Hey Sal was there a deal struck with Cold Steel on this

Old news I think, there was a black talon model came out from cold steel a couple of years ago. Much discussion about it.

..I'm going to wait for the cheaper Sub-Zero Quenched 420A version, it's better than ATS-34, you know... :D
 
Blade looks more like the cut of a DoDo than a Civilian, but overall the knife doesnt look like any one knife.
 
I bet San Mai is a TM'd term and not a description of the actual steel.

I don't believe that's true in this case - Cold Steel has a history with San Mai steel, and in their products the use of the description "San Mai" has always indicated a laminated steel blade. Besides, you can see the lamination weld in the images. Who knows what the core steel actually is, though...
 
At least they fixed the handle on the Sjambok.

Does anyone know where to order some of these new products?
