Hey Spark -Fellow member having account troubles...

Hey Spark, another member from whom I am attempting to purchase a knife seems to be having difficulties with his account. Augustus88 activated his Gold membership, then updated his email, but he hasn't received a confirmation email to the new address. Any chance you can look into this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
 
His profile indicates he is currently Gold.

Have him send me a PM and I'll tell him what email addy the system shows.

I can't send a PM to anybody on Bladeforums. I can't access anything on Bladeforums other than viewing forum threads. I'm logged in, but any function like PM, account settings, posting to threads, etc. and I get the following message below. Sending a PM to*Knarfeng on bladeforums is like trying to look at the bottom of my foot while I'm standing on it.

Not sure what to do next. Their system really makes it hard to communicate with them!

Also suggest to him that he check his spam filter.
Sometimes email systems tag BF email as spam.
