Hey Spark I am still having lots of stall outs and server issues

Is it a setting I need to change on my puters? or network?

Since the new server went online I seem to have lots of stall out issues still. I will get the header and blue toolbar but the content of the thread often does not load. I have to hit refresh two or three times then it seems to "connect" Often this is when acessing private messages or forums where there is lots of traffic. Can anything be done about this..or is it something on my end.?
