Hey Spark, Subscription Renewal (Service Provider), Please Prorate?

I should have many months left on my platinum subscription, but people were recommending me for sharpening which earned me a report. I had no clue this was going on, but I still paid up and got a service provider subscription.

Is there any way you can add those months on to my current membership, or add some money back into my account? I have no clue how this is handled, I was just told to start a thread here. Either way is fine, thanks guys!

Looking good in orange, my friend. The time left on your platinum will be prorated onto your new membership. You'll get the time of the remaining platinum added, but it'll be slightly less than it was due to the KM/C/SP being a bit more monies. Hope that makes sense.
