My gold membership was paid via credit card by a friend in San Antonio, Texas. I live in Decaturville, Tennessee.

I just got an email saying the order could not be processed because my friend's adress does not match mine. Can you straighten this out? I'd gladly call the number listed in the email, but I am deaf so the conversation would be a bit one-sided! :)

The problem is that the billing address listed when you placed the order doesn't match what the credit card company has on file. Without the proper billing address, we can't charge it.
 
Thankyou. I notified my friend to let him fix it. I'll be good as gold yet!
