What are some good places to eat in Golden

I don't live in Colorado anymore, but a long time ago an ex-gf and I did the Coors tour and afterward had lunch at a decent Chinese place in Golden. My info is pretty vague I know, but Golden isn't all that big.

When I visited Spyderco in June, Sal and Kristi suggested the Bridgewater Grill in the Golden Hotel, so that is where we ate. The view of the creek is nice and the food is good.

Depends on what you are hungry for.
Pizza and Salad Bar (best Salad bar), Woody's Wood Fired Pizza.

KaliGman is correct about the Bridgewater Grill (good food, great view, expect to wait though if you want to sit on the patio next to the creek)

Mexican Food, Santiago's (doesn't look like much, but great food).

The Spot is a great little bar/restaurant, many of us at Spyderco visit frequently, nice people there and good food.

Similar to Bridgewater, but a little more "homey" is the Old Capital Grill.

Chinese, The New Peach Garden.

All of these are located on Washington, The Spot is closer to our office at the North end of Washington.

There are a lot of great places to eat in Downtown Golden. Hope you enjoy your time here.
