Hey thats not a Puma..is it?

I was looking through my Blade magazine and came across an advertisement for Katz knives. You wouldnt know it was a katz because it looks exactly like a puma. Anyway,the MPO/SK (multi purpose outdoor/survival knife) is made of xt-80 stainless,comes with a spiffy leather pouch style sheath, a checkered kraton handle and an aluminum but cap for the low price of $215. WHAT?!?!? TWO HUNRED AND FIFTEEN DOLLARS?! who are they kidding?

Well correct me if I am wrong but for the same money could I not get a busse combat basics #9? Or better yet a RTAK and have $50 dollars left over, a way better sheath and known quality. Maybe i am wrong...if so please correct me and let me know so i can get one.

Congrats on your first post. I have never bought any products from Katz. So I could not comment. But Busse has been proven to be a winner.

Katz makes a good solid knife but they have always been overpriced. I have found that with the Ramsey Sporting Goods Store near me, I just have to wait a few months after they get a Katz shipment, then they go on sale because no one buys them at their high prices.
