I really like the stainless steel handle Spydercos. I like the slim profile, smooth handles, weight, and toughness. :D But since the stainless steel Rescue, Calypso, Rookie, Pegasus, Co-Pilot, Worker, and Timberline have been discontinued, we need some new models to fill in. How about it? Maybe a stainless Jess Horn? (Yes I am repeating myself. :p) A stainless Dyad? A stainless mid-size Jester? A stainless Ayoob? Any one with me here? ;)

How about the ATR? No steel, but your choice of aluminum or titanium, each with an integral compression lock. :D

Hi Burke,

Actually the lower priced ATR is supposed to have a steel handle with integral compression lock. You can't make frame-type locks out of aluminum -- it can't be repeatedly stressed as a spring. This is why the aluminum-handled Salsa has a nested steel compression lock.

I think that a stainless Jester would be great, and a slighty (maybe 30% bigger, smaller than the Pro-grip) Jester would be great too!

I would like to see something about the size of a Delica with more of a low guard added to the front of the handle or a VERY deep choil with a thin pointy flat-ground wharncliffe <spl?> blade.

You might be looking for the forthcoming Impala. It has a blade style that is similar to the Jester (the version w/o the guthook), though I believe it'll be larger than what you're looking for.
