Hey Will,

Sounds Great, Will. I'll get with you there, as there are some really neat things I want to discuss with you.
Best regards,

George -- first, just wanted to say, I've been using FP-10 since before 1989, and it's a superb lubricant -- particularly useful on stainless steel and alloy frame semiauto pistols.

My question ... now, the FP-10 I'm using is still from the first bottle I got before 1989 (to those reading, FP-10 goes a *long* way!) Is the "recipe" still the same today as it was then? FWIW, my original bottle was brown, with a clear plastic dropper cap that had a black washer seal; threads on the cap and bottle never mated very well, and I eventually put it all in a different container so as not to waste another precious drop. :-)

Thanks! -Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks so much for the great compliment on the FP-10.

To answer your question; yes, I did improve the formula to meet and exceed the MIL SPEC in January of 2002. There's a brief story here, that saves alot of typing :)

Also, to everyone on this fine forum; stop over at my forum, the "Weapons Maintenance" forum, "A BS FREE ZONE". We have some of the best moderators from the other great forums and we tell it like it is...no BS, straight up.
