I kind of wish my son would take up knifemaking, but he's about as non-mechanical as you can imagine. That's why he's an electrician. Hey IG... your sons also make knives? They BOTH living with you now? :confused: Frankly, I admire families that do stuff like that together. :)

It was suppose to read & Son's. But I do have 2 boys, just one at home. He is just starting out, hasn't touch the grinder yet. :D Started him making cable damascus and a random pattern billets first. :eek:

Instead of OCC it will be IGS (Indian George shop). I can see ya bit**en at him all the time. HAHAHA. :cool:

I would love to see that, Kim. I'd love nothing more than The Discovery Channel start doing a weekly show about IG and his shop, make him some sweet cash. Those no-talent peckerwoods at OCC get away with it, I dont see why they can do a show about another no-talent peckerwood... :foot:

Seriously though, I can see it now... AMERICAN KNIFEMAKER Starring Indian George and Michael Spangler. Grasshoppa will do all the work and IG will drink beers, and eat sardines. :D
 
You forgot about all the bitchin. he would be throwing hammers and borax around like a madman, Then tell grasshopper to clean up this dirty shop.
The piliot show would be a blast. :D :D

Damn: I had a BIG PURPLE SUIT TOO and had white shirt with to deferent shades of purple polka-dots on it. :eek: :D My neighbor could pass for Fred Stanford's too.
To enter the shop you would have to take a shot of Jose', HT relish and lime.HEEHAW!!! :D :D
 
Well, at least there's hope that somebody in your shop will make knives that are worth a $hit :D
