HH sheath question

They make one long enough...I'm just not sure about width. Their website says the sheaths fit up to 1.75" wide (and 0.25" thick). The HH is listed as 0.270" thick so that may be pushin' it (scratchin' it). What is the width? Mine's not here yet.

I tried stuffing it into my sjt sheath to see if it'd fit width wise, but silly me I molded the insert. It looks like it'll just fit in the sheath with the liner removed which probably isn't the greatest idea.
 
The BR sheath is wide enough for the HH, and my guess is the CT sheath is as well.

Does anyone know if the plastic lining in those sheaths can be heat-molded?
