Just wanted to take time to thank hhmoore for the amazing GAW he did for 1000th post. I happened to be lucky enough to win said contest and chose the BK16. I didn't have a 16, but wanted one BAD! Had a crap day today, was nasty and raining, but came home to this baby....

Of course he didn't have to run a 1000th post GAW, he didn't have to give 2 knives away and he didn't have to give a brand new, high-quality blade away either. People talk about being generous, good to others and all that, but its fairly rare for someone to actually do it. I don't hang out in BKT for the GAW's, or the chance to show off a blade here and there......I just like the half-tarded, insane, take-no-shit, but extremely good people. Mr. hhmoore, you fit the bill, sir. Thanks for the blade. I'll use and abuse it for many years. Now, to go out and cut some stuff.......

Finally got a chance to get out and use the 16. Completely BLOWN AWAY by this blade. It can chop (well for its size), carve, shave and process wood with no issues. I even baton'd a couple of smaller pieces to see how it would handle it, in case I didn't have my 9 or 7 and was in such a situation. I may have a new fav 'tweener. Anyway, here's a few pics I took while doing some very minor wood-related activities. Sorry bout the lack of thoroughness and the crummy pics. Was about to storm, again, for the zillionth day in a row, so I was in a rush.
