well I have been spending way to much time on here lately. my mom is going to kill me :eek:

well any way this a great site I realy like it. I came here looking at folders now I want a Busse.:D I have been thinking about the Natural Outlaw, I have also been looking at the Fallkniven A1 and wounderd what you all thought of them. I would be useing for food prep and when for a utility knife. and I want a goo knife when I go out in the woods which is quite a lot I live 12 miles from the nearest town and there is 50 miles of woods to the north of us so I spend as much time out there as I can.

Welcome Ajester. I think you would really like either of the knives that you mentioned. You may find the Busse a little hard to get as there seems to be a pretty long wait for Busse knives right now. The Fallkniven A-1 is an excellent value.
 
Welcome to the forums Ajester. Hope you have a good and enjoyable time here in the forums.

I can't say anything about the knives you mentioned, but I have heard only good things about them. Been thinking of the Busse Natural Outlaw for a while, but they get shoved to the back burner everytime because folders are much easier to carry for a city slicker like me. So a few good fixed blades for me to take on the occasional trips to the bush and the majority of folders to use for EDC.

One day when I have surplus cash..... :p
 
and I was also woundering if there was any other knives I should think about. I want somthing whith a 6" blade and I want somthing I can use hard since I tend to.

This is a little less than your blade length requirement but is a very rugged knife.Buck Strider Solution
 
one more thing. what aboute the blade on the busse being 1/4 inche thick will it still work good for smaller finer tasks like food prep? or would a thiner blade be better? and if so how much thiner. I do really like the Busse Natural Outlaw it is about the only knife of that size I have seen that I really like. well thanks for all the info.:)
